Only 5% of Life Insurance contracts were made through XP’s platform (HUB), while we depended on partners to access our own data and performance numbers. I was tasked with redesigning XP’s entire Life Insurance Hub, giving XP greater control over the marketplace while ultimately increasing the number of contracts.
